Acceptance

By browsing the website, creating an account, logging in with a one-time code, choosing a package, paying, or using eSIM activation details, you confirm that you read, understood, and accepted these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Refund Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the website or service.

Service Description

The platform sells travel eSIM data packages. Unless expressly stated otherwise, packages are data-only and do not include voice calls, SMS, a local phone number, emergency calling, guaranteed speed, guaranteed coverage, or guaranteed real-time usage reporting.

Customer Responsibility Before Purchase

Before payment, the customer is solely responsible for confirming that the device supports eSIM, is carrier-unlocked, can install digital SIM profiles, has internet access during installation, and that the destination, data amount, validity period, and installation timing fit the customer's needs.

Payment and Delivery

The system does not create an eSIM before verified server-side payment. After payment is approved, the system may create an eSIM profile through a third-party provider and deliver a QR code, activation code, or manual installation details. Once a provider profile is created, it may not be cancellable or returnable.

Third Parties

The service depends on eSIM providers, local mobile networks abroad, payment processors, invoice providers, email and SMS, monitoring, analytics, cloud, and support systems. The company does not operate destination mobile networks and is not responsible for third-party coverage, congestion, outages, policy changes, speed, latency, device restrictions, or usage reporting delays.

Acceptable Use

The service is intended for reasonable personal use. Fraud, abuse, duplicate misuse, unauthorized payment details, bypassing limits, scraping, interference with systems, unlawful use, or infringement of third-party rights is prohibited.

Blocking and Review

The company may delay, block, cancel, investigate, or reject any order, account, benefit code, or access where fraud, abuse, chargeback risk, technical failure, safety concern, provider request, legal requirement, or terms violation is suspected.

Intellectual Property

All rights in the website, interface, design, text, business logic, trademarks, and documents belong to the company or its licensors. No content may be copied, distributed, reproduced, published, or used without prior written permission.

Limitation of Liability

The service is provided as-is and as-available. The company is not liable for indirect, special, consequential, incidental damages, loss of profit, loss of data, roaming charges from another provider, device incompatibility, incorrect installation, local network coverage, third-party failures, or use contrary to instructions.

Indemnification

The customer agrees to indemnify the company, its managers, employees, suppliers, and representatives for any loss, cost, claim, demand, or damage arising from breach of these terms, inaccurate information, unauthorized use, unlawful activity, abuse, or third-party claim caused by the customer.

Updates and Law

The company may update these Terms from time to time. The version accepted at checkout applies to that order unless mandatory law provides otherwise. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, subject to mandatory consumer protections.
